Jeli's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jeli. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Jeli platform and all its services. By accessing the Jeli website or mobile app, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jeli's services.

You must create an account to use Jeli's services. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being closed at any time.

• Each individual is allowed only One Account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts and the funds within them will be forfeited.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified. Unverified accounts will not be able to process withdrawals.
• Your Password & Login Credentials Keep it completely confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Jeli reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method on your account must all belong to the same person.

The following requirements must be met to use Jeli's services:

• Your age must be 18 years of age or older is required. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account.
• You must be of sound mind and participating in gaming activities of your own free will.
• You must use your own funds — borrowing money or using someone else's funds is strongly discouraged.
• Individuals on Jeli's self-exclusion list are not permitted to open an account.

Deposits on Jeli are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits without the correct reference number may not be credited to your account. If this happens, please contact support.
• Jeli processes deposits at no transaction fee, though your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious payment detected will result in the deposit being cancelled and the account placed under review.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings. No withdrawals will be approved without completed verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests generally take 12–24 Hours May take some time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals will be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

Jeli offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General rules include:

• The welcome bonus is available to New members once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus Wagering Requirement Withdrawals will not be permitted until the requirement is met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting or gameplay.
• Jeli reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Certain general rules apply to all betting and gaming on Jeli. Individual rules for each game or betting event also apply.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, Jeli reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Jeli is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to connectivity issues.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jeli employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in any betting activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeli. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Using the Jeli platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the software for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to steal other members' information or defraud them in any way.
• Using abusive or aggressive language toward Jeli's customer care team or other members.

Jeli takes your personal data privacy seriously. Your information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, identity verification may be required.

You may request to close your account at any time. Jeli may also close accounts for specific reasons.

• Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Contact support to request self-exclusion as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
• Once an account is closed, re-registering with the same email or phone number may not be possible.

Jeli strives to maintain consistent service quality, but disruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond Jeli's control.

• Jeli is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet outages, server downtime, or technical issues.
• Jeli is not liable for any impact on games or bets caused by issues with your device or network.
• Any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting on Jeli are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Jeli reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• The updated date will be reflected on the site following any changes.
• For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
• Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
